The ESEE Model 4 is a solid survival knife with a blade made from 440 carbon steel. The 440C-steel blade is stainless and so easy to maintain. The wonderful usage qualities of the steel guarantee a lifetime of pleasure. The blade has a stonewash finish. Compared to the usual black powder coating, the stonewash coating has a better effect on the cutting properties of the knife. The full tang blade is enhanced with a micarta handle. The handle feels slightly coarse which is great for grip and comfort. The ESEE 4 is large enough to give your hands enough room without it becoming a colossal knife.
